April 2022 — Video: Edwin Berends of Cargill looks forward to opening of new facility

Edwin Berends, a business development manager for Cargill, says that as the host of ENOUGH’s  mycoprotein facility being built alongside the Cargill facility in Sas van Gent in the Netherlands they are looking forward to startup later in 2022.

“We are very curious about the ENOUGH Abunda mycoprotein product and are looking forward with our R&D team to look for combinations with Cargill ingredients like vegetable proteins and hydrocollates, and will perform application and product development activities during this year.”
